Linda Pullan, PhD |
Linda Pullen joined our team in June of 2008
with over 20 years of experience in biotech and pharma companies.
Dr. Pullen has held numerous positions including Vice President of
Business Development at Kosan Biosciences where she was responsible for
all business development activities and Head of Oncology and Hematology
Licensing at Amgen where she created and led a team that initiated over
five strategic alliances each with upfront payments > $50 million and
numerous smaller collaborations and licensing deals. With Zenobia,
Dr. Pullen has created a strategy that includes licensing of Zenobia
internal programs, structural biology, and fragment-based lead discovery
technology with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies.

Peter Myers, PhD |

Dr. Myers has over 38
years experience in biotechnology and pharmaceuticals. He has served in
many leadership positions including CEO, COO and CSO at various
biotechnology companies and as Vice President of Drug Discovery at Glaxo.
Dr. Myers is currently Chairman of the board and CEO of LEAD
Therapeutics. He is experienced in raising venture capital funds and IPO
financing, and has an extensive successful track record in business
development and acquisitions. He is chairman of the scientific advisory
board to Queensland Capitol and is an advisor to many additional VC
funds. Dr. Myers is advising Zenobia on their business and financing
strategy and also serves as a scientific drug discovery advisor.

| Joshua Bodenstadt, of
Duffy, Kruspodin and Company has over twelve years in public accounting.
Mr. Bodenstadt focuses on providing both business and tax consulting
services to a broad variety of clients. His primary focus has been in
matters concerning small to middle market companies in the
manufacturing, distribution and technology industries. He also has
extensive experience working small closely-held businesses, S
Corporations and Partnerships. Mr. Bodenstadt joined Zenobia as an
advisor in June 2008. |

Thomas Carney, Esq. |

Thomas Carney
joined Zenobia as our business attorney June, 2008 and has been Vice
President of corporate development and general counsel of privately and
publicly held biotechnology companies. He has negotiated with
Fortune 500 and other major companies on behalf of smaller clients, and
has also worked in and supervised law firms specializing in technology
practices.
