Pipeline Summary

Zenobia has a range of programs focused on neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson's, Huntington's and Alzheimer's disease. The targeted therapies we develop are expected to modify the course of these diseases rather than provide symptomatic treatment alone. For all programs, our lead compounds and hits have been identified internally by fragment-based lead discovery and are being optimized by structure-guided approaches.
